Spatial Localization

Spatial localization is the ability of the brain and sensory systems to identify the position and distance of objects or sounds in our environment. It helps us determine where things are around us, enabling actions like reaching for a cup or noticing where a sound is coming from. This process combines information from sensors such as eyes and ears to create a mental map of our surroundings. Essentially, spatial localization allows us to navigate safely and interact effectively with the world by accurately perceiving the location of objects in space.
