Spahn Ranch

Spahn Ranch was a large piece of rural property in California, originally operated as a riding stable and film set. In the late 1960s, it became associated with the Manson Family, a cult led by Charles Manson. The group used the ranch as a base for planning crimes, including the infamous murders of actress Sharon Tate and others in 1969. The ranch's remote location and previous use as a movie set contributed to its selection by the cult. Today, it is a site of historical interest, often associated with the Manson trials and the 1960s counterculture.
