Soyuz missions

Soyuz missions involve launching the Soyuz spacecraft, a reliable Russian vehicle, to transport astronauts and cargo to and from the International Space Station (ISS). The spacecraft has been a key part of human spaceflight since the 1960s, serving as a crew transportation, supply delivery, and return vehicle. It consists of three modules: a forward Orbital Module, a central Reentry Module where crew sit, and a service module with engines and systems. Soyuz missions maintain continuous crew presence on the ISS, support scientific research, and ensure safe docking, stay, and re-entry procedures for astronauts.
