Sonic Cruiser

The Sonic Cruiser was a concept aircraft developed by Boeing in the early 2000s aimed at combining fast speed with fuel efficiency. Designed to fly just below the speed of sound, it intended to reduce travel time significantly compared to traditional jets, while also being more economical to operate. Although innovative, the project was eventually canceled due to high development costs and shifting airline priorities, but it demonstrated efforts to explore faster, more efficient commercial air travel options.
