Soman

Soman is a highly toxic nerve agent designed as a chemical weapon. It works by disrupting the nervous system, specifically by blocking the enzyme responsible for breaking down a neurotransmitter called acetylcholine. When this enzyme is inhibited, acetylcholine accumulates, causing continuous nerve signals that lead to muscle paralysis, seizures, and potentially death.
