Society of Apostolic Life
A Society of Apostolic Life is a community of men or women who dedicate themselves to serving others and living out their faith through shared commitments and active work. Unlike religious orders that take formal vows, members do not usually take traditional religious vows but commit to a specific way of life focused on evangelization, education, or social service. They live and work together to support their mission, emphasizing active ministry rather than solitude or contemplation. These societies are approved by the Church and aim to bring spiritual, educational, or charitable benefits to the community and the wider world.
