Social Interactionism

Social Interactionism is a theory that explains how people develop their sense of self and understanding of the world through interactions with others. It emphasizes that communication, language, and shared experiences shape our identities and social realities. By engaging with others, individuals interpret social cues, adopt societal norms, and negotiate meanings, which in turn influence behavior and self-awareness. Essentially, our social environment and our interactions within it are central to who we are and how we perceive our place in society.
