SN10
SN10 was a spacecraft prototype developed by SpaceX to test their Starship vehicle, designed for missions to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. It was built to experiment with key features like stationary and free-fall landing techniques, with the goal of safely returning from space. In February 2021, SN10 successfully completed a high-altitude test flight, reaching over 6 miles, and executed a landing attempt. Although it faced some post-landing issues resulting in a fire, the test provided valuable data for improving future Starship designs. SN10's flight marked a significant step toward making fully reusable space vehicles a reality.
