Slacklining

Slacklining is a sport and activity where a person balances and walks on a flat, narrow piece of webbing tensioned between two anchor points, often trees. Similar to tightrope walking but with a more flexible and forgiving line, it requires core strength, balance, and focus. Practitioners can perform simple walks, tricks, or advanced acrobatics, often on a line only a few centimeters wide. Slacklining enhances stability, coordination, and concentration, and can be enjoyed recreationally, for fitness, or as part of skills training for other disciplines such as climbing or parkour.
