Sir Henry Havelock was a British general known for his leadership during the Indian Rebellion of 1857. He played a key role in restoring order and fighting against rebels who threatened British control in India. Havelock was admired for his strategic skills, bravery, and dedication to his soldiers. His most famous moment was leading a daring march to relieve the besieged city of Cawnpore (Kanpur).
