SIPS (Structural Insulated Panels)
Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) are advanced building materials used for walls, roofs, and floors. They consist of a rigid foam insulation core sandwiched between two structural facings, usually made of oriented strand board (OSB). This design provides strong support and excellent insulation in a single panel, leading to faster construction, improved energy efficiency, and reduced waste. SIPS are valued in both residential and commercial projects for their durability, thermal performance, and ability to create well-insulated, airtight structures with less material compared to traditional methods.
