Sinus culture

A sinus culture is a medical test used to identify bacteria, fungi, or other microorganisms causing sinus infections. It involves taking a small sample of mucus or tissue from the sinuses, usually through a nasal swab or fluid drainage. The sample is then sent to a lab, where it’s cultivated to see what microbes grow.
