Single-base RTK
Single-base RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) is a precise GPS technology used for high-accuracy positioning. It works by using a fixed reference point (base station) with a known location to send correction signals to a rover receiver nearby. This allows the rover to correct any errors in satellite signals in real-time, achieving location accuracy typically within a few centimeters. Single-base RTK is commonly used in surveying, agriculture, and construction, providing precise data quickly and reliably without needing multiple base stations.
