Silk Road Project

The Silk Road Project is an initiative launched in 1998 by cellist Yo-Yo Ma to promote cultural exchange and understanding along the historic Silk Road trade routes. It fosters collaboration among musicians, artists, and scholars from diverse countries, highlighting shared traditions and encouraging dialogue. The project aims to celebrate cultural diversity, strengthen international relationships, and inspire creativity through performances, educational programs, and artistic collaborations that bridge Eastern and Western cultures.
