Sikh theology
Sikh theology centers on one divine, formless, and eternal God, emphasizing internal devotion, righteousness, and equality. Sikhs believe God is beyond human understanding but accessible through prayer and honest living. The faith upholds the importance of living ethically, rejecting caste, gender discrimination, and superstitions. Wisdom is found through understanding the teachings of Guru Granth Sahib, the central scripture, and following the examples of the ten Gurus. Ultimately, Sikhism promotes spiritual growth, compassion, and service to humanity, aiming for union with God through humility, devotion, and moral integrity.
