When a young boy named Billy Batson utters the magic word "Shazam," he transforms into an adult superhero with powers granted by ancient gods and heroes, including super strength, speed, and the ability to generate electricity. The name "Shazam" is an acronym representing these powers: Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, and Mercury.
