Shannon Agreement

Shannon Agreement, also known as Cohen’s Kappa, is a statistical measure used to evaluate how much two or more people agree on categorizing items beyond what would happen by chance. It accounts for the possibility that some agreement occurs randomly, providing a more accurate reflection of true agreement. Values range from -1 (complete disagreement) to 1 (perfect agreement), with 0 indicating agreement equivalent to chance.
