Shadow Work

Shadow work involves exploring and understanding the unconscious parts of ourselves—traits, feelings, or desires we might suppress or deny. It’s a process of self-awareness that helps us confront fears, insecurities, or negative patterns to foster personal growth and emotional healing. By acknowledging and integrating these hidden aspects, we can gain deeper insight into our behavior, improve relationships, and develop a more authentic sense of self. Essentially, shadow work is about healing and becoming more whole by facing and accepting the darker or less visible parts of our psyche.
