Seti II was an ancient Egyptian pharaoh who ruled during the 19th Dynasty, around 1203–1197 BCE. His name means "Man of the God Set" and he is known for continuing the military and building projects of his predecessors. Despite limited inscriptions, his reign helped stabilize Egypt after turmoil. Artifacts and inscriptions from his time provide insight into Egyptian religious practices and governance. Seti II's rule marked a period of relative peace and prosperity, and he is remembered as a competent leader who maintained Egypt’s power during a complex historical era.
