Senedd Cymru (Welsh Parliament)

The Senedd Cymru, or Welsh Parliament, is the elected legislative body responsible for making laws and decisions related to Wales. It has 60 Members of Senedd (MSs) who represent different regions and political parties. The Senedd handles areas such as education, health, environment, and Welsh language policy, working alongside the UK government. Established in 1999, it operates with devolved powers, meaning it manages many domestic issues independently from the UK Parliament in London.
