SECI Model (Nonaka)

The SECI Model, developed by Ikujiro Nonaka, describes how knowledge is created and shared within organizations through four interconnected processes: Socialization (sharing tacit knowledge through direct experience), Externalization (articulating tacit knowledge into explicit form), Combination (systematizing and integrating different explicit knowledge), and Internalization (absorbing explicit knowledge back into tacit understanding). This cycle facilitates continuous innovation and learning by converting personal insights into collective knowledge, fostering a dynamic environment where knowledge evolves and improves over time.
