SECI Model
The SECI Model describes how organizations create knowledge through four interconnected processes: Socialization (sharing tacit knowledge through shared experiences), Externalization (articulating tacit knowledge into concepts), Combination (systemizing and integrating explicit knowledge), and Internalization (absorbing explicit knowledge to develop new tacit insights). These steps form a continuous cycle that transforms individual insights into collective organizational knowledge, fostering innovation and learning. In essence, the model explains how knowledge evolves and flows within an organization, enabling better decision-making and adaptation.
