Sears

Sears was a major American retail chain that sold a wide variety of products, including appliances, tools, clothing, and home goods. Founded in 1893, it became a household name through its department stores and mail-order catalogs. Over the years, Sears was known for its extensive selection and innovative marketing. However, due to increased competition, changing shopping habits, and financial challenges, Sears experienced decline and many stores closed. Today, Sears persists mainly online and through a few remaining physical locations, but it no longer holds the prominent position it once did in American retail.
