SEAL Training

SEAL Training, conducted by the U.S. Navy, is an intensive program designed to prepare candidates for combat under extreme conditions. It emphasizes physical fitness, mental resilience, teamwork, and specialized skills like scuba diving, parachuting, and weapons handling. The training is rigorous, often lasting over a year, with a focus on endurance, discipline, and problem-solving in high-stress environments. Successful candidates, known as SEALs, become elite units capable of conducting covert missions, reconnaissance, and direct action in challenging maritime and land operations.
