Seaborgium

Seaborgium is a synthetic chemical element with the symbol Sg and atomic number 106. It doesn’t occur naturally and is produced in laboratories by nuclear reactions. Named after Glenn T. Seaborg, a pioneering scientist in nuclear chemistry, it’s a transition metal similar to molybdenum and tungsten but exists only for seconds or minutes before decaying into other elements. Due to its short lifespan and rarity, it has limited practical uses and is mainly studied for scientific research to understand the properties of heavy elements and nuclear stability.
