Sea Turtle

Sea turtles are large marine reptiles that have existed for millions of years. They have a sturdy, streamlined shell for protection and long, flipper-like limbs for swimming. Most species spend their lives in oceans, coming ashore only to lay eggs on beaches. Females dig nests in the sand and deposit their eggs, which hatch into tiny turtles that head to the sea.
