Sea lions

Sea lions are large marine mammals known for their agility both in water and on land. They have external ear flaps, powerful flippers for swimming, and thick necks. They are social animals, often forming large colonies on beaches or rocky shores. Sea lions are carnivorous, primarily feeding on fish and squid. They use their sensitive whiskers and keen eyesight to hunt. They are notable for their loud barks and playful behavior. As mammals, they breathe air, give birth to live young, and are protected species in many areas due to their ecological importance and vulnerability from human activities.
