Sea Captain
A sea captain, also known as a ship’s master, is the person responsible for navigating and commanding a ship. They oversee all operations, including safety, crew management, and compliance with maritime laws. The captain makes critical decisions regarding the vessel’s course, speed, and response to weather or emergencies. They ensure cargo is transported safely and passengers are looked after. Essentially, the sea captain is the leader on board, accountable for the ship’s safe and efficient voyage from departure to arrival.
