Scrum Masters

A Scrum Master is like a facilitator or coach for a team working on a project. They help ensure the team follows the Scrum process, which promotes collaborative and efficient work. The Scrum Master removes obstacles, keeps meetings on track, and supports communication among team members and stakeholders. Their goal is to create an environment where the team can work effectively, adapt to changes, and deliver high-quality results. They do not directly manage the team but act as a servant-leader, guiding the team toward their objectives through process improvement and support.
