Scoutmaster

A Scoutmaster is a trained adult leader in a Scout troop, responsible for guiding and mentoring youth members in the principles of Scouting. They organize activities, ensure safety, and promote character development, leadership, and teamwork. Acting as a role model, the Scoutmaster helps boys and girls learn skills, set goals, and build confidence through outdoor adventures and community service. They work closely with other adult leaders, parents, and the youth to create a supportive environment that fosters personal growth and lifelong values rooted in the ideals of Scouting.
