Scientific disciplines
Scientific disciplines are specialized areas of study that focus on understanding different aspects of the natural world. Examples include biology, which examines living organisms; chemistry, which explores the properties of substances; physics, which studies matter and energy; and earth sciences, which investigate our planet. Each discipline uses specific methods and tools to ask questions, conduct experiments, and develop theories. Together, they help us understand how things work, solve problems, and improve our lives by expanding our knowledge of the universe, nature, and human-made phenomena.
