Science and Spirituality
Science is the systematic pursuit of understanding the natural world through observation, experimentation, and evidence, aiming to explain how things work. Spirituality refers to the personal search for meaning, purpose, and connection beyond physical existence, often encompassing beliefs about the mind, spirit, or transcendent realities. While science relies on empirical data to explore external phenomena, spirituality focuses on internal experience and subjective understanding. Both can complement each other—science enriches our knowledge of the universe, while spirituality offers insights into human purpose and inner fulfillment.
