School of Sociology

The School of Sociology refers to different perspectives or approaches within sociology that interpret society's functioning. Each "school" offers unique ideas about how social order is maintained, how social change occurs, and what influences people's behavior. Examples include the Functionalist School, which sees society as a complex system working together harmoniously; the Conflict School, highlighting struggles over power and resources; and the Symbolic Interactionist School, focusing on everyday interactions and meanings. These schools help sociologists analyze social phenomena from various angles, deepening our understanding of how societies operate and evolve.
