Schindler's Factory
Schindler's Factory was a Polish manufacturing plant owned by Oskar Schindler during World War II. Located in Kraków, it produced enamelware and other goods. More importantly, Schindler used the factory as a cover to employ and protect Jewish workers, saving them from the Holocaust. By leveraging his business and connections, he managed to secure resources and influence to keep many Jewish and other persecuted individuals alive. Today, the factory is a museum and memorial, highlighting the history of those who suffered and the courageous efforts to save lives during a dark chapter in history.
