SARA Model (Scanning, Analysis, Response, Assessment)

The SARA Model is a structured approach used by law enforcement and community agencies to address issues like crime or disorder. It involves four steps: Scanning identifies problems; Analysis examines causes and patterns; Response develops and implements solutions; and Assessment evaluates the effectiveness of those efforts.
