Sanguozhi

The Sanguozhi, or "Records of the Three Kingdoms," is a historical text from 3rd-century China that chronicles the period after the fall of the Han Dynasty, covering the states of Wei, Shu, and Wu. Compiled by the historian Chen Shou, it offers detailed biographical accounts and political, military, and cultural insights about key figures and events. Considered one of China's most important historical works, the Sanguozhi combines factual records with analysis, serving as a foundational source for understanding the complex history and dynamics of this turbulent era.
