Samovars
A samovar is a traditional Russian device used to boil water for tea. Usually made of metal, it features a central heating element, often heated with charcoal or electricity, to rapidly generate hot water. The design typically includes a spigot at the bottom for easy pouring and a teapot placed on top for brewing concentrated tea. Samovars are both functional and cultural symbols, representing hospitality and social gatherings. Historically, they were common in Russian homes and cafes, serving as centers for communal tea drinking and conversation.
