Salvador Seguí

Salvador Seguí was a prominent Spanish trade union leader born in 1887. He played a key role in organizing workers' rights and defending labor interests, especially within the anarcho-syndicalist movement. As secretary of the National Confederation of Labor (CNT), he promoted direct action and self-management for workers. His efforts aimed to improve conditions and fair treatment for laborers in Spain during early 20th century social and economic upheavals. Tragically, Seguí was assassinated in 1923, a loss that marked a significant moment in Spanish labor history. His work remains influential in the history of workers' struggles and organized labor movements.
