The Salian emperors were a dynasty of German rulers who reigned as Holy Roman Emperors between 1024 and 1125. Originating from the Salian family, they emphasized strengthening central authority, securing church relations, and expanding territories. Notable emperors include Conrad II and Henry III. Their rule marked a period of political stability and effort to maintain the unity of the empire amidst regional tensions. The Salian dynasty ended with Henry V, after which the empire transitioned to the next ruling families.
