Saint Arnold was a Christian saint from the 4th century, honored as the patron saint of brewers and brewing. Though little is known about his life, he is believed to have been a bishop in the region of Armenia or present-day Turkey. His legacy is celebrated in various cultures for inspiring the craft of brewing and associated with fostering good, honest work. Today, Saint Arnold is also the name of a popular craft brewery in Houston, Texas, named in his honor to symbolize craftsmanship and community spirit.
