Sacubitril/valsartan

Sacubitril/valsartan is a medication used to treat heart failure, a condition where the heart can't pump blood efficiently. It combines two drugs: sacubitril, which helps relax blood vessels and reduce strain on the heart, and valsartan, an angiotensin receptor blocker that prevents blood vessels from narrowing. Together, they improve blood flow, decrease the heart’s workload, and help prevent worsening heart failure.
