S3 Object Lambda

Amazon S3 Object Lambda allows users to modify and customize data stored in Amazon S3 (a cloud storage service) as it’s accessed. Essentially, it enables you to create a "filter" that can change the format, content, or metadata of an object when it is retrieved, without altering the original data stored in S3. This capability is particularly useful for tasks like automatically transforming images, adjusting data formats, or adding security features, enhancing the flexibility and usability of data while focusing on specific application needs.
