S. Covey’s Time Matrix
Stephen Covey’s Time Matrix is a tool that helps prioritize tasks based on their importance and urgency. It has four quadrants: Quadrant I (urgent and important), like crises; Quadrant II (not urgent but important), like planning and relationship-building; Quadrant III (urgent but not important), like interruptions; and Quadrant IV (neither urgent nor important), like time-wasting activities. The goal is to focus more on Quadrant II to prevent crises, manage priorities better, and use time effectively for long-term success and personal growth.
