Russian National Unity
Russian National Unity was a nationalist and ultra-nationalist organization founded in 1990, aiming to promote Russian identity, culture, and unity. It emerged during a period of political upheaval following the Soviet Union's collapse, advocating for a strong, ethnically Russian state. The group was known for its xenophobic and anti-Semitic views and was involved in violent clashes, including anti-Semitic riots and attacks. Although it gained some support among certain segments of the population, it was considered a far-right organization and was banned by Russian authorities in the early 2000s due to its extremist activities.
