Russian Armed Forces

The Russian Armed Forces are Russia's national military, responsible for defending the country's sovereignty and interests. They comprise several branches: the Ground Forces (army), Navy, Aerospace Forces (air and space), Strategic Missile Forces (nuclear deterrence), and Airborne Forces.
