Royal Canadian Engineers

The Royal Canadian Engineers are a branch of the Canadian Armed Forces responsible for military engineering. Their roles include building fortifications, bridges, and roads; demolitions; disaster relief; and providing technical support during combat and peacekeeping missions. They ensure mobility, counter-mobility, and survivability of Canadian forces through specialized construction and engineering services. Their expertise also extends to environmental protection and infrastructure repair, both in combat zones and during humanitarian efforts. Essentially, they provide the engineering skills necessary to support military operations and aid national or community infrastructure needs.
