ROTC programs
ROTC (Reserve Officers' Training Corps) is a college program that prepares students to become commissioned officers in the military while earning their degree. Participants, called cadets or midshipmen, undergo military training alongside their academic coursework, developing leadership, discipline, and professional skills. Upon graduation, they typically commit to serving as officers in the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines. ROTC provides financial assistance, scholarships, and career opportunities, integrating military experience with education to produce prepared leaders for both military and civilian roles.
