Robert M. Gates

Robert M. Gates is an American former government official who served as the 22nd Secretary of Defense from 2006 to 2011 under Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Prior to that, he held key intelligence and national security roles, including Director of Central Intelligence.
