Roanoke Marshes Light

Roanoke Marshes Light was a navigational beacon located near the Outer Banks of North Carolina, guiding ships through treacherous waters near Roanoke Island. Built in 1877, it was a small lighthouse featuring a lantern mounted on a tower, helping mariners safely navigate marshy, shallow areas.
