Roaming Agreements

Roaming agreements are arrangements between mobile phone companies that allow customers to use their phones outside their home network area. These agreements let subscribers make calls, send texts, and use data while traveling in partner networks, often in different regions or countries. Essentially, they coordinate sharing network resources so users experience seamless service abroad, often at agreed-upon rates. This system benefits both providers—by expanding service coverage—and users—by enabling communication without changing their primary provider or number.
